Client Vault Terms of Service

Doyle Law PC is pleased to be
providing you with this online vault where we will store copies of your
estate planning documents that you can access through the Internet. In
addition to your estate planning documents, we might also make
available other estate planning related documents that you can download
for your use. You do not have the ability to upload any documents
yourself. If you wish to have documents uploaded to your online vault
you will have to provide the documents to us and pay any fee related to
preparing and uploading the documents.
Either of us
may terminate your service for any reason. Upon termination,
Doyle Law PC will close
your
account and delete all stored documents within seven (7) days.
Doyle Law PC shall have no obligation to maintain any data stored in
your account or to forward any data to you or any third party.
THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE
DISCRETION, TO MODIFY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS
AGREEMENT, AT ANY TIME, EFFECTIVE UPON MAKING THE MODIFIED PROVISIONS
AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBSITE.
