A Durable Power of Attorney authorizes the person you have named to manage your personal and financial affairs in the event that you become incapacitated. It is used to avoid the necessity of having a Probate Court appoint a Conservator to manage your assets.

3 easy steps to your Durable Power of Attorney

  1. Send us information about you and your Agent(s) by clicking the “Submit Information Here” button. You will need your Agent(s) name, complete address, and telephone number.
  2. Send us a copy of your ID (i.e. driver’s license) through our Documents Upload Center.
  3. Pay $485* retainer fee HERE.

*Fee will be less if you are a member of an organization where our services are provided as a member benefit.
